The upcoming film 'Devara Part 1' helmed by Kortala Siva is an action drama. Featuring Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in lead roles the film has a huge anticipation. Set for its release on September 27, the promotional events for the film have begun and while chatting with director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Jr NTR discussed about the very long underwater sequences.
The 'RRR' actor explained that it was a huge underwater sequence and they shot it for almost 30-35 days. He shared that they created a huge pool set and shot there for a very long time as it was one of the key sequences in the film. The actor revealed that the film has a lot of water elements and they used an extensive setup to make it all look real like a coastal region.
The movie has a huge buzz and it has already grossed more than $1 Million in the USA in pre-sales and ticket booking. The film has been censored U/A with a run time of 3 hours. Jr NTR plays dual roles in the film as father and son - Devara and Vara respectively, Janhvi playing the female lead plays the role of Thangam and Saif Ali Khan plays the antagonist as Bhaira.
