Siddhant Chaturvedi has opened up about why he felt an instant connection to 'Dhadak 2,' despite knowing it would draw comparisons to the original.
In a chat with IANS, the Gehraiyaan star shared how the film’s story struck a chord with him right away.
“The moment I heard it, I knew I had to be part of it,” Siddhant said. “It wasn’t even a decision; I just felt this story had to be told.” He also praised debutant director

There’s no filter between us, and that made it easy to bring honesty to our performances,” he said, laughing about how it often felt like he was “that mischievous school guy pulling her bangles.”
Their easy rapport translated into a strong on-screen dynamic, which he credited to the emotional balance they brought to each scene. “When I had heavy scenes, she lightened the mood. When she needed grounding, I did the same.
